Sizing Guide
Discover your perfect ring size with these simple methods:
Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring
If you already own a J Rocks ring, this is the ideal method! Once you know your size, ordering in the future will be effortless. You can also use one of your other cherished rings.
How to Measure:
- Measure the internal diameter of your ring in millimetres (mm) and match it to the corresponding size in the chart below. Just remember to use millimetres
Option 2: Measure Your Finger
Use a piece of string or a thin strip of paper to find your size accurately.
- Cut a piece of string or paper about 15 cm long.
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger—tight but not too tight! Avoid stretching the string as you wrap.
- Mark where the string or paper meets, then measure the distance with a ruler in millimetres (mm).
- Compare your measurement with the closest circumference in the chart below.

Option 3:
If you have a measuring tape at home, this method will give you the most accurate size.
- Grab a flexible measuring tape that shows millimetres.
- Wrap the tape snugly around the base of your finger—aim for a snug but comfortable fit, starting from the 0 mark.
- Remember the number where the tape meets your starting point. This will give you your measurement in millimetres.
- Compare your measurement with the corresponding ring size in the chart from Option 2. If your tape only shows centimetres, you can use an online converter to get your size in millimetres.
J Rocks Tips:
- Measure your fingers at room temperature for the most accurate reading, as temperature can affect size.
- Avoid measuring after indulging in salty snacks or drinks, as salt and alcohol can cause your fingers to swell!
- If you’re between sizes, we recommend opting for the larger size—it’s always easier to size a ring down than up.
