 Sustainability lies at the core of our fine jewellery ethos; we do not hold stock but instead create each item on demand to minimise our carbon footprint. The estimated crafting time for each individual product is clearly outlined in its description. Once your bespoke piece is ready, we will dispatch it within the UK, offering complimentary shipping, fully insured, and with next-day delivery for your convenience.

If your item is finished ahead of schedule, we’ll ship it as soon as it’s ready, and you’ll receive a notification via email when your order is on its way.

Please note that during holiday seasons or periods of high demand, orders may take longer than the usual timeframe. Our sales representative will inform you if production times exceed expectations. International Shipping Duties:
For our valued customers outside the UK, please be aware that all orders are shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid. Our nominated courier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange payment of these fees, which will be payable directly to them. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable. Upon colmpletion of your order we will email an invoice for shipping fees with further instructions.
