At J Rocks London, each piece of jewellery is handmade to order and undergoes a meticulous quality check before dispatch.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our creations, offering a guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you experience any manufacturing defects within this period, we will happily repair your item at no cost.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling, or damage resulting from misuse. Repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

For repair requests, please contact us at jennifer@jrocks-london.com. Include details about the item, the specific repair needed, your original sales invoice information, images of the item, and your contact details. Each request will be assessed at our discretion.

In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, we will craft a replacement piece for you.
